Etsy seller Messaging Auto-Reply

I wanted to ask if there is a way to use the Etsy Open API to access a seller's message logs and to reply to inquiries as they come in.

Unfortunately not.

It was brought up before and I believe Etsy won't expose this as an api endpoint
