What do these aspects of our Etsy dev UI mean?

Hi all, I'm Carl and trying to develop an Etsy update app for one of the many shops using Etsy. After over a month, we have yet to retrieve our first token from the OAuth2 process. We can't get past "The requested redirect URL is not permitted."

Our redirect URL's protocol is https, it's in the domain registered as our site, and it's a parameter in a GET request from a browser. Etsy's support people haven't managed to tell us what the problem is.

But here are a couple of questions some of you more advanced people should be able to answer easily:

1. On the "Edit Your App" page, the fields for "Name" and "Website URL" have a pink/salmon background. Is that an error indicator or are those fields the same color for you too?
2. "SEE API KEY DETAILS" for our app shows a small table (with a light blue background) relating mostly to rate limits. Under the heading "OAuth Rate Limits (Per User)", the value is "Disabled". Any idea why that would be, and what I could do about it?
