spacy transformers 1.3.7 wheels only available on pypi for python 3.10

Although related to the discussion #13741, I opened a new ons as the issue is not exactly the same. I tried upgrading to spacy-transformers 1.3.7 on my project using python 3.11 today, but pip could not find any wheels for this version. The list of wheels on https://pypi.org/project/spacy-transformers/1.3.7/#files only seems to include python 3.10 wheels. Is it possible to get the other wheels listed in https://github.com/explosion/spacy-transformers/releases/tag/release-v1.3.7 available as well?
