• New Signup:-

  • In case the new member joins anytime during the year, we will always charge FULL FEE once.
  • Example: Roli Jain joins in December 2022 for Digital Print $440,
  • Then the renewal will come on January 10, 2023, for a discounted price of $330

• Renewal of Already existing member WHO is APPROVED but not Connected to STRIPE subscription.

  • Example: Karen is already inside the SYSTEM and is an APPROVED member.
  • Example: She is doing renewal in December 2022, so we have to create their SUBSCRIPTION that will start on January 10, 2023.
  • Example: What if Karen does the RENEWAL on January 9, 2023? so we will set the Subscription to RUN on 19 January 2023 and recurring every year automatically.
  • Example: What is Karen RENEW on the same date of 10 January 2023, we will deduct payment and set the subscription to RENEW from the next YEAR 2024.
  • Example: What if Karen, RENEW 11 January 2023, so we will DEDUCT payment immediately and WILL set the subscription to RENEW from the next YEAR 2024.
