랭킹 통계 로직을 기존의 카테고리-구간 별 표시가 아니라 정규분포 내에서 백분율로 사용자의 순위를 알 수 있도록 하는 로직으로 변경하는 작업입니다.
추후 상세 기술 및 작업 진행하겠습니다.
