I've switched to SCSS and incorporated this blank theme into SilverStripe-CleanInstall

Bare bones theme for use with SilverStripe 3. Designed to be used with LESS.

- Rename folder as required
- Copy into /themes
- In the CMS select the theme from Settings
- If it doesn't show up, use ?flush=1
