Describe the problem

The new tabs are great, but I can't tell when I've reached the end of the tab. In the following example, the top of this content is part of a tab, but the bottom of this content is not. How do we make it clear what isn't inside a if tab?

Note: The following text is not part of the tab, but it looks like it is:

That's it! When you run the app, you should see Hello World.

I would like to fix this problem.
