A380X Flight Deck Surveillance page should direct INOP section to the MFD

Currently the https://docs.flybywiresim.com/pilots-corner/a380x/a380x-briefing/flight-deck/pedestal/surveillance/ page indicates to the user that the "Surveillance Panel is not yet fully implemented into the A380X".

We should consider adding a note to indicate that the functionality of this panel can be operated by the SURV page on the MFD. This was prompted after a user who read the BG believed the system was INOP.
