Our specific need is to track the complete history of an employee, including changes like transfers, promotions, or any other updates, in a structured and easily accessible manner. For instance, if the HR department transfers an employee multiple times within a month (e.g., from one location to another), we need a detailed history of those changes. The Activity Trail does not appear to provide the comprehensive tracking functionality required for scenarios like these.

Location is just one example; there are other data points that we need to maintain for proper record-keeping. Could you please guide us on how we can achieve this, or let us know if there’s a customization or alternative feature available to fulfill this requirement?
