Flatpak/Flathub release for Linux

This is less of a priority at this early stage, but I believe it'd be great if there'd be an official flatpak release of Grayjay for convenient installation and updates of it:

AUR (For Arch) and COPR (For Fedora) could also be considered, but you can install flatpaks on those systems anyway (Extra convenient with GNOME's Software store or KDE's Discovery store).

Benefits include:

• Expanded visibility by publishing on Flathub
• Reduce friction of installation for non-technical users.
• Upgrades can be managed by flatpak
• Wide distribution support.
