Use Cases

  • Improve creator's reach and user experience - makes easier to follow backup channels

Proposal

Currently, censorship wipes out channels faster than a plague.
Many creators maintain multiple backup channels, sometimes across different platforms, and it would be great to consolidate them into a single "virtual" channel.

Also, it would be nice to:

  • Deduplicate videos within the "virtual" channel (maybe by hash comparison or matching title and duration).
  • Automatically identify backup channels, as they are often referenced in the channel's "About" section or in video descriptions.
