END-USER SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
Cornfed SIP User Agent

By downloading and either examining or executing the included binary
program, you (the user) agree to the following terms of use.

This software (Cornfed SIP User Agent) is provided for personal use only
for non-commercial purposes.  The software can be used on any and all 
computers owned by the user as long as it is for non-commercial purposes.

The software may not be copied for distribution to any other persons or
organization.  Other persons or organizations desiring to use the software
must obtain it from Cornfed Systems.  Distribution for any purpose by any
party other than Cornfed Systems requires explicit written approval of
Cornfed Systems.

The user may not make any modifications to the binary program.  The user
agrees not to "reverse engineer" the binary program contained herein.
Reverse engineering refers to any practice whose intent is to determine
the way in which the implementation of the binary program has been
accomplished.

This program includes a web-based monitoring facility.  The client will
log errors and warnings to the Cornfed Systems web server to assist us
in debugging.  Cornfed Systems has made every effort to assure that
no personal information of any kind, including but not limited to,
domain names, IP addresses, user information, and passwords, is accessed
or transmitted.  However, Cornfed Systems cannot be held liable for the
transmission of any data deemed inappropriate in any way by you either
purposefully or accidently.  Your use of this client gives Cornfed
Systems consent to transmit debugging information.

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES,
INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED.  IN NO EVENT SHALL
CORNFED SYSTEMS OR ITS CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT
NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE,
DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY
THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT
(INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE
OF THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
