For those working in non-ci environments (i.e. local dev), it will be helpful to have gh-openapi-docs as a docker image/app so that developers don't have to configure node and npm. Also, a dockerized app will be helpful when the ci environment isn't node + npm based for whatever reason.

This should also involve changes to the CI so that when we do releases, the app is released to:

  • Github releases
  • NPM
  • Dockerhub (under ga4gh namespace)
