Simple step-by-step requirements (Unix) described.
Needs details on installation within Win environment

I would suggest that we do not provide installation instructions ourselves in the readme, but instead reference the official installation descriptions of the tools.

The .devcontainer approach described in #26 should solve these issues as well.
