type=state returns counties #7

type=state is returning not just states, but counties.

For example, type=state&filter=countrycode:us should be limited to the fifty US states, but actually it also returns counties, like Franklin County, TX.

type=state should only return results with a result_type of state.

Maybe there could be a county type to get counties?
