mailpit for the helm chart

Is it a good idea to have Mailpit as an optional dependency for the Helm chart so that it’s possible to have a complete POC without needing another external service?

We recently released a feature to disable email verification: You just need to add following env variable:

USER_EMAIL_VERIFICATION_REQUIRED=false

I will document it in our docs / example Helm installation asap.

So you can do a full PoC without Mailpit =)
