Retrospective

What went well

• Got a lot done
• Roughly under budgeted time
• Started to get help
• We did get a bunch of people requesting access
• Tracking stalled
• Tracking unplanned without issues (as notes)
• Extra time let us explore CI optimizations, etc
• Feedback from users! Auto-deploy will only make that tighter

What could have been better

• Communicating days off (calendar in place)
• Stalled/Todo left from poor planning (dependencies, estimations)
• Design prototypes/spikes need to be REALLY well defined to delegate

Next Sprint

• Open issues for ad-hoc tasks
• Plan for 7 days of planned, 2 days unplanned/buffer, 1 day buffer/planning
• Try new column for issues created but not acted on: Future

Other notes

• Doc gen + manual docs led to redesign metacommands
• Further validation Cobra might not be best
