Can't remember username

Hello I use Jbs Perfumers Vault on Windows via Docker. I Haven't been connected for a while so when I tried connecting today, I was asked my user name and password which I completely forgot. I know nothing about informatics but I managed to figure out that I had to generate a new password via Docker (command line reset_pass.sh in Docker's terminal). Is that correct?
But then I still couldn't remember my username. When I type the command whoami in Docker's terminal and combine the result with the new password, it doesn't work. Am I doing something wrong? What to do?
