A way to share formulas and create a engaged community

Hello ppl!
I hope that you all are fine!

I'm a beginner in the fragrance world (and a c# dev) and I had a few issues to start "creating" my brand new formulas.
Well, my idea is "What if we can have a marketplace where users can share formulas (paid or free) or a repository with basic formulas for download integrated into the solution?
In my mind, its makes sense and creates opportunities to monetize the solution ;)
