Diablo 3 Season 28/Patch 2.7.5/Builds: 87400 & 87422

NOTE: This is a preliminary release! There is more work to be done for 2.7.5 (verifying values for Unlock All, Cube Legendaries, etc.)
Expect another editor update very soon (with better release notes), but for now enjoy Season 28!

v4.3.1 Changes

• New! - Support for the "Crafted Primal" item flag was added (check properties tab)
• New! - All new items from 2.7.5 have been added (including Season 28 rewards)
• New! - All strings (customizable Rare Names) have been updated for 2.7.5
• Notice: When you enable "99999999 Materials" checkbox on the Account tab, Primordial Ashes will be included
• Notice: The crap in the "raw gbids (S28)" category are NOT usable items, they were added for the game to display things for the "Altar"
• Change: 2.7.5 did NOT add any new affixes, but I discovered a missing batch in the game files, mostly from vanilla D3
  • You can take a peek in the raw categories, but they will probably not have a description
  • New affixes: 855 // Total affixes: 8,334
• Change: Added a missing batch of items as well, untested, but found in the game files
  • New GBIDs: 146 // Total GBIDs: 7,352
• Change: Swapped app icon (and managed to do it without adding 70MB to the EXE)
• Change: Added an optional full, raw strings database WITH duplicates - only the credits strings removed since they don't load
  • Please don't use this, it will be SO slow // Total strings: 115,669
• Fix: Your manually added GBIDs/Affixes in GBID/Affix_List.txt now show when editing gear, not just in the GBID tab (sorry!)
• Fix: Miscellaneous fixes and improvements

• TODO: Research and implement new cube powers and unlocks (if any) for 2.7.5
• TODO: Make sure the editor runs without ANY of the GBID/Affix/String/Skill databases (the \db\*.bin files)
  • The goal is to allow users to bring their own .txt file databases and discard my .bin databases if they choose to

StringLists.zip instructions

Copy the desired system_strings.bin file to \D3Studio{Fork}\db\ folder, and OVERWRITE the included default db

• Default included db is MediumList = 36,994 strings
• RareNamesOnly = 3,014 strings
• HugeList = 60,853 strings
• EVERYStringShortened = 115,669 strings - shortened to ~55 characters
• EVERYStringFull = 115,669 strings - full original length (SLOW!!)

The RARE NAME tab will lag for a few seconds the first time you click it for any given Hero/Stash/Locker tab, but not again within that tab

This is unavoidable at the moment with tens of thousands of new strings loading. I have included StringLists.zip with 5 different levels listed above.

• Single executable file, with a total of 2 folders and about 16 files in the ZIP, for a total size of ~4.5MB - NOT cluttered with useless HUGE files like other editors
• All stashes forcibly increment the item position from 0-910 (max) for each item, this avoids situations where duping too many items in the editor wouldn't show up in the in-game stash. I ran into this issue with only 148 items in my stash!
• The Stash tab used to have items stuck in different slots when importing from the Locker or a Hero File, but now it will correctly force everything into your Stash
• Still the only editor to handle all the new data in S25 Soul Shards (which, along with Ethereals, can still be used in all seasonal play)
  • If inserting/modifying legit items or opening a save with S25 Soul Shards, you can actually copy/paste/duplicate them without the constant errors from every other editor, and they will behave properly when leveled up in-game
  • With D3StudioFork, Soul Shards have always leveled up properly and unlocked new Hell Powers (affixes) when upgraded, just like the legit items
• Full support for displaying and editing the 8 missing follower item slots, every single item slot in the game is properly handled: 32 total new slots including generic follower slots and Scoundrel/Templar/Enchantress
• Changed "Max All Materials" to "99999999 Materials" so you can still pick up materials in-game
• Everything is inside one EXE now
• Added "Seasonal" checkbox next to the "Set 21 Dots/Max Stats" button that will instantly convert your character to and from current season
• Removed the (Seasonal) text from the Sex/HeroCore dropdown; each season seems to rotate the IDs, so it was unreliable
• Made all stashes forcibly and recursively change the item slot from 0-910 (max) for each item, this avoids situations where editing and duping too many items in the editor wouldn't show up in-game: I ran into this issue with only 148 items in my stash, now fixed!
• Fixed type conversion for item IDs to what the game expects: unsigned long - this fixes some rare arithmetic errors
• Fixed Blacksmith being set to level 56, correctly goes to 12 now
• Error messages are now more descriptive if there is an issue when launching, previously it would ALWAYS say "Fatal Error: Missing libraries"
• Added a "Max Positive Stats" button on Hero page next to "Set 21 Dots/Max Stats" for Paragon modding, with updated math to be as potent as possible
• Changed cosmetic images and icons, and they no longer stretch/distort. The new size of primary executable is ~4MB
• Changed colors and layout all around the whole tool, and if an item's prefix is "Jester's" it has a custom color!
• Lots and lots of improvements to the UI (e.g. layout improvements, fixed typos) and quality-of-life features (easier duplication, pasting rare names, etc.)

PLEASE read the extensive changelog in v4.0 for full changes compared to D3Studio 3.5

Notes

It is NOT POSSIBLE with current homebrew apps to decrypt PS4 saves on your PC, you must follow my guide and use a jailbroken PS4. Save Wizard does not support decrypting D3 saves, only resigning them. Do not listen to anyone who says or promises otherwise!

Oiya, I'm tryna use the editor in the Ryujinx emulator save, but it ain't working. Is there a specific method to follow or do I just need to open the account.dat file?

I have the same issue , trying on the switch backuped my savegame with jksv do the sd card and try to open it , it's tries to charge but nothing happens and then i am back at the first menu

When I used the Unlock All Copnsmetics checkbox, the game added a lot of wings and pets with missing ICONS. I tried to find the relevant gbid, but I could not find the relevant data in Account--Raw--unlocked_cosmetics. I want to delete these missing ICONS for wings and pets, how do I do it?
