Tested versions

Tested in 4.4.beta2 and 4.2.1-stable

System information

Godot v4.4.beta2 - Windows 10 (build 19045) - Single-window, 2 monitors - Vulkan (Forward+) - dedicated AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT (Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.; 32.0.12033.1030) - AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D 8-Core Processor (16 threads)

Issue description

When node filtering is active, and manually selecting a filtered-out node through the 2D editor, the node is automatically unselected when trying to set its tooltip, or node description.

Steps to reproduce

Create a control node.
Make the control node invisible in the scene tree by filtering out its name.
Click the control node in the 2D editor.
Start typing in its tooltip or editor description properties.
