Technical Lead

You are the technological butterfly upon which hackseq soars. You are in charge or organizing, initializing and maintaining all the technical aspects of hackseq such as dedicated wi-fi, computing infrastructure, electrical power, and day-of technical support.

Mission Critical: If you do your job well, it's like you've done nothing at all.

Pre-Recruitment Phase

  • You've got your organizing committee, this is the ramp-up time leading to Team Lead Recruitment Phase

Team Lead Recruitment Phase

  • The initial public-facing phase of hackseq. Team lead recruitment and selection.

Participant Recruitment Phase

  • Projects are selected/online, open participant recruitment application.

Lead-up to vent

  • The participant recruitment is closed. Organize teams and build up stoke.

During the Hackathon

  • From the AM of the event till the PM of close
