What's Changed
This is a fairly significant change to hathifiles generation in that it now outputs rows for all items on the input catalog records. Previously, it would not output items if the record itself was updated but the date for the individual item was not updated. This means that some updates were in the full monthly hathifile that were not covered by incremental changes. This will result in more output overall including some output for items that have not changed, but it should not be excessively more.
