ch.fhir.ig.ch-allergyintolerance#3.0.0-ballot /AllergyIntolerance-AllergyToCatDander.html

The examples have two warnings:

AllergyIntolerance.code.coding[0].code (l27/c4) information The code '232346004' is valid but is not active (from http://tx.fhir.org/r4)
AllergyIntolerance.reaction[0].extension[0].value.ofType(CodeableConcept) (l44/c12) warning

maybe it would more be a question why this code is listed in https://fhir.ch/ig/ch-term/3.0.0/ValueSet-CHAllergyIntoleranceValueSet.html if it is deprecated. I would suggest a guidance or declaration what will be done with deprecated snomed ct codes.

None of the codings provided are in the value set 'AllergyIntolerance Certainty ValueSet' (http://hl7.org/fhir/ValueSet/reaction-event-certainty|5.1.0), and a coding should come from this value set unless it has no suitable code (note that the validator cannot judge what is suitable) (codes = http://terminology.hl7.org/CodeSystem/reaction-event-certainty#confirmed)

the system provided for the reaction-event-certainty should be http://hl7.org/fhir/reaction-event-certainty and not http://terminology.hl7.org/CodeSystem/reaction-event-certainty see https://hl7.org/fhir/extensions/ValueSet-reaction-event-certainty.html.

Please check all the examples in the ig for this (it is listed in qa.html).

the "SNOWMED" narrative issues has been fixed with the latest publisher and dissapears.
