[BUG] Wrong display of '+' and '-' sign #4

In the "Frequently Asked Questions" section of the official Holopin website, there is wrong display of signs(+ and -).

There should be a '+' sign instead of '-' sign when the list is collapsed, and '-' sign instead of '+' sign when the list is expanded.
