multithreadedfiletransfer: copying files using destination IP

Usage: multithreadedfiletransfer <IP> <file_path>
   or: multithreadedfiletransfer <IP> -r ...<files_path>... 
   or: multithreadedfiletransfer <IP> <file_path> -c <chunk>
   or: multithreadedfiletransfer <IP> -r ...<files_path>... -c <chunk>
   
Copy source file(s) to the destination ip with multi-threads as fast as possible and using multi-peocessing for different files.

commands:
  -r, --recursive	    copy all of the following files
  			    can be ignored for one file
  
  -c, --count	    	    number of threads
  			    else calculate the best thread number and set

  -h, --help                display this help and exit

example:
	multithreadedfiletransfer 127.0.0.1 file1 
	multithreadedfiletransfer 192.168.0.1 -r file1 file2 -c 8
