Make it more difficult for participants to easily see everything (by just exporting the exercise and importing it again)

Right now participants are easily able to export a complete exercise and import it in a new tab.
This is an easy way for participants to see things they shouldn't.
I know right now they could also also find a way to extract the state, as each state is completely available to each client, but they way above is available easily.

The question is, how could we make it so that maybe these button are hidden and can be shown, when a trainer allows it (via an easy visible button)?
@christianzoellner what do you think? Is this a concern even? Probably locally when the exercise not, but I can think of some people that are sent to exercise trainings and may even join online and are not that willed to train and take the easy route and cheat that way. There is always a way to cheat, but this is just a very easy way.
