Current Behavior

VSCode version 1.85 has a new floating windows feature. The transparency and theming doesn't work with it.

Can confirm, Vibrancy isn't being injected into the floating window, and it has a different DOM structure. Will need to investigate both of those issues with both an extension and theme update, in the meantime I'd suggest using "New Window" instead of floating windows as they seem similar in functionality.
