Many transcoding actions

Hey,

I have just noticed that I do have a lot of transcoding actions only if I copy ~10 photos to my shared external library.
With that amount of pictures I have nearly 200 transcoding waiting tasks in administration=>jobs=>transcode videos=>waiting
Is that a normal behaviour?

I run immich in a docker compose.
