There is an R package INBOmd available for styling reports in md

Description

• Sth along these lines to be added to the YAML

style: INBO
output: 
  INBOmd::pdf_report: default

• Investigate how to make this work. Maybe re-allocate the files + rename as index.Rmd?

Warning in readLines(con, warn = FALSE) :
  cannot open file '/tmp/RtmpAfVLrD/index.Rmd': No such file or directory

• Update DOCKERFILE to make the report render correctly
• Add INBOmd to the Suggests of description
