LaTeX MathJax boldsymbol fails to render in search result lists

Describe the bug

Drafts/records with LaTex \boldsymbol fail to render in search result lists.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use an InvenioRDM instance with MathJax enabled
2. Create a new draft/record
3. In the Description field, type: \(\boldsymbol{example}\)
4. When displaying this draft/record in one's dashboard or search results, one will see Error: MathJax retry in the console, and the whole search results area will be blank.

Expected behavior

The search results should not be blank, and ideally the LaTeX notations should be rendered properly.
