[Feature Request] Accept command from webhook

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I would like to send commands from a webhook, my use case is being able to skip song while gaming with my friend. I can send the command (from a streamdeck) but it is not picked by the JMusicBot (exemple !!skip or @JMusicBot skip).

What is your ideal solution to the problem?

An option to accept commands from app/bot would be great. I understand it could expose the server to malveillant attack but in my case the server is private and we are just 2 users (and friends).

How would this feature be used?

Enable the option via settings (disabled by default).

This would not be worth implementing, as JMusicBot is eventually going to switch to slash commands, which other bots/webhooks cannot invoke.
