Dear Sir,
When I use samplot to generate plots with bam files, I got the following error "ValueError: Image size of 2400x216300 pixels is too large. It must be less than 2^16 in each direction". It seems that the size of some plots are too large to generate. Hope that you can help me with this problem. Thank you!

How many bams/samples are being included? Sounds like possibly a lot?

I sampled only 9 bams to generate each plot.

That's odd. I haven't seen this issue before so a bit difficult to guess what's going on. Could you share your full command and samplot version?

My command is "samplot plot -t DEL -a -s -e -b 1.bam 2.bam 3.bam 4.bam 5.bam 6.bam 7.bam 8.bam 9.bam -o" and my samplot version is "samplot 1.1.5". Attached picture shows the detailed information for the error.

Sorry about the delay. I'm assuming you give a start and end argument as well in your command, as this command as shown should fail to run at all. I'm still not sure what's going on with your issue, though. Does this error still occur if you only include some of the bam files?

Also, probably not a fix for this problem, but I recommend updating to the newest version on general principles.
