Navbar: Look into how to integrate Algolia search bar into versioned docs

Currently the versioned https://docs.jenkins.io/ website has a navbar that is without a search bar:

We would like to introduce such a search bar with Algolia, as is what is done at https://www.jenkins.io/:

Upstream changes

Will need to investigate what steps are needed to make this possible. May need to involve the Jenkins Infra team.
