Spine is important

This is a minor update which introduces support for automatically generating the book spine.

The generation is activated by the option "spine" of the document class, and usually should be left as "false". When sending the PDF file to the final printing/binding change the option to "true" to generate the book spine as well (as the last page in the document).

Depending on the thickness of the book, the spine may have three different looks (see PDFs with examples of the book spine).

This is a major version.
The template was renamed to "unlthesis.cls".
The base class book was replaced by memoir. See memoir manual for more information of the features of this class.
Added support for list of acronyms/glossary.
