What Could Be Better?

We frequently get issues from PowerShell users that don't realize they need to escape ampersands in their shell (#1405, #1963, and #1976). While we do have a warning about reserved characters on the Basic Usage page, we might benefit by warning PowerShell users in the first mention of tags on that page. Maybe we could create a new page for PowerShell users and link to it from there.
