Ethos is the testnet chain of Jur and contains exactly the same runtime as the production parachain.
New features/pallets will be tested on Ethos before going live on the Jur chain.
For the time being the upgrades will be discussed with the community through the Jur Discord channel and eventually performed through sudo.
