Launch app from Context's popup

"I was wondering if you could add launching an APP when you click the right arrow and cick the app from a group. Apparently it only enables/disables the app but wont launch it which means you still have to go elsewhere to start the app. This is counterproductive if the app is something you launch and not just enable." - DAVID LEVINE
