[feature request]: Single button click to export settings?

Firstly, this extension is a HUGE deal to me. I love it with a passion. Thank you for your hard work!

I've been using this extension for the past several years nearly daily and I like to backup my settings fairly often, as I have a ton of extensions installed. One thing that has always bugged me is the lack of a quick backup solution.

The current issues are as follows: The "Chrome Sync" has never worked once for me. Would love to see this fixed. Even so, I'd still like to have a local backup saved out for the piece of mind.

Currently, you need to copy the settings string, create a new notepad document, paste it, rename it. Would you be able to create a simple "Download Settings" button that does all that in a single click? Perhaps saving it like this "2019-07-27 -- Context.txt", which is how I organize my files out.
