Some tests status histories are taking a long time to query, such as http://localhost:5173/test/maestro:67ce429218018371957d9e59

refactor: lazy load test status history

- Separates status history from testDetails endpoint; - Disables testIssues frontend fetch until testDetails page is loaded; - Changes typing as necessary
