Go to the config.yml and change the value of language: to any of the available languages.
If you have modified the locale and don't want the plugin to interfere with it, set the value to custom

A few things to keep in mind:
Make sure not to change the values in the %% as they are variables, the values after the & symbols as they are colour codes, and the initial word of each line that looks like this:
You should change the stuff in the <> and [] brackets.
