Saved searches for Gelbooru

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Saved searches are not available for Gelbooru, I assume this is because it's not available via API, so it would probably require HTML parsing (ugh).

Describe the solution you'd like
Implement saved searches for Gelbooru. I can live without it, but it'd be a nice to have. But I understand that without an API it's not ideal.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Using Danbooru is an alternative, although I personally use Gelbooru more.

Parsing HTML won't scale well because of the large number of websites this app supports. I might still support it, but only as a premium feature due to the maintenance effort required.
