Already used tracks accumulate in the subtitle selection dialog on Yle Areena

What is the issue and how what do you do to make it happen

As I watch episodes of a series on Yle Areena their subtitle tracks pile up in the subtitle selection dialog. In other words, when streaming the second episode in a row, there are two subtitle tracks, when streaming the third one -- three tracks, etc.

It continues up until I refresh the page.
