This ties in with #1, in that our options for a math equation editor may depend on what rich text solution we end up using.

This would ideally involve someone with experience with web-based math equation tools, so we can have a better idea of which tools are easier to use or more reliable.

There appears to be a Mathjax plugin for CKEditor that may suffice for this.
