How to transfer files between computers

I have been using this software for some time now but have yet to figure out how to use it to transfer files between the 2 computers after logging into obmin from browser? I assume this is soposed to be a nextcloud type program correct? I just like it cause its simple and easy to set up but file transfer is one big thing I am looking for.

Hi, @joshontech OBMIN Server was developed as a simple HTTP file server (like python -m SimpleHTTPServer 8000 more enhanced alternative) for quick ondemand file sharing over HTTP (HTTPS). Such servers don't need any special client software just browser, download manager etc. It's not a replacement for some dedicated servers. But it could be useful for quick sharing to a phone, tablet or other PC over dedicated network or VPN.

So you need to have the server on 2 computers to share data in both directions. Actually, it's possible to enhance the server to able receive data too. Also it could support WEBDAV (Owncloud, NextCloud protocol) like any other protocols based on HTTP.
