If you decide not to pull all the way down, letting go doesn't put it back up where it's supposed to go. Only happens if you've done a refresh already, and you can see it in the demo setup (iOS 7, iphone 5).

Great control tho!

Magic number 64 on line 57 seems to be responsible - I have moved forward in my scenario (iOS 7 only) by commenting the switch so it just uses line 54.
