Subject: [PATCH] Add Sanskar Jaiswal as a maintainer (#166)

This PR adds Sanskar Jaiswal (@aryan9600) as a maintainer, as he's been
making some very important contributions to the project and when asked
was interested in helping us maintain and decide the future direction of
this project.
