Suggestion: add barrel upgrade sounds #126

A sound when a barrel upgrade gets successfully installed.
Another sound when a barrel is already upgraded and the upgrade fails.

When a player installs a barrel upgrade,
it would be great to get some kind of feedback of the installment.
Visual, audio or even both.
