Setup

`mkdir texts &&

Rest API

POST /smry
Input: {"text": string}
Output: {"result": string}

POST /billsplitter
Input: {"payments": [PostPayment]} where PostPayment is {"person": string, "amount": double}
Output: [PersonPayment] where PersonPayment is {"payer": string, "owed": string, "amount": double}
