It would be quite useful if ShareData or a new URI parameter contained a value which can be used to specify the UI to be disabled without interaction, rather than having to press Z every page load.
This would enable running an HTML viewer with WebGL support as a desktop wallpaper or screensaver by means of tools/hacks like Wallpaper Engine (Windows) or xwinwrap + [insert browser here] (Linux). However, in that use case, considerations like limiting FPS would be important as the idea of a live background isn't to hog a lot of GPU time, but ideally as little as possible, whereas the limit here appears to be hard-coded 1000 FPS.

Thanks, that was quick. Not exactly what I had in mind as the pause and fullscreen buttons are there, when the idea is that the page is non-interactive and has no HUD as such.
Edit: Never mind, the elements disappear after a second or two of no mouse activity, I think that's perfect.
I closed it because I realised that embed already does what I suggested (which I edited the comment for), but seeing that there's seemingly no way to get an embed URL, I suppose it could stay open.
